​How Do I Place An Order?​

Simply add the items to your cart, review the order and then pay using safe secure SSL encryption.

 

Payment & Shipping

Most items ship first class or priority. The shipping time is not much different these days.

I generally ship orders out in 1-2 business.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged item

If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you should contact us with the chat with us feature within 14 days from receipt.  Please include details of the defect or damage. Once we receive all required information, we will be in touch with how to proceed on a refund or replacement.

If not satisfied with your item, you should message us within 14 days from receipt. We can discuss returning your item or exchanging it for a different one.

Please note that returned merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

If you contact is beyond the 14-day window your order may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
